An FTTH (Fiber to the Home) Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining fiber optic networks that deliver high-speed internet to homes and buildings. Their responsibilities range from technical planning and supervision to quality assurance and maintenance. Here are the key responsibilities:
Responsibilities

Identify aerial or underground cable routes based on engineering standards.

Calculate material and equipment requirements for the project.

Coordinate with government authorities and contractors to obtain necessary permits

Supervise excavation and cable laying (underground or aerial)

Install distribution boxes (ODF, Splitters, Cabinets) and set up connection points

- Bachelor Degree or Higher
