The Sales Back Office role is designed to provide administrative and operational support to the sales team by coordinating internal sales processes and ensuring smooth execution of customer orders. This includes collaborating with relevant departments (such as Accounting, Warehouse, and Logistics), preparing necessary documentation and reports, and maintaining accurate records. The position plays a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring sales efficiency from behind the scenes.
Responsibilities

Assist in the administrative aspects of sales promotions, product launches, and customer outreach effort

Ensure all activities follow internal company policies and external regulatory requirements with high attention to detail

Ensure accurate and timely entry of sales orders into the CRM system, and follow up on order

Act as a key link between the sales team and other departments (e.g. logistics, warehouse, finance) to ensure seamless operations and timely deliveries
Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field

proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Experience with CRM systems is a strong advantage - Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with high accuracy

At least 1 year of experience in sales or in an administrative support role within a sales department
Nice to have

Prior involvement in sales cycles, customer order processing, or working closely with field sales teams

Demonstrated experience in supporting customer satisfaction initiatives or improving internal service levels
- High level of responsibility and the ability to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision
