QC Supervisor

 The primary goal is to ensure the delivery of high-quality, stable internet services to customers by monitoring and analyzing the performance of the fiber optic network. This role involves periodically inspecting the network, identifying potential issues with signal quality or connections, and promptly addressing them to avoid any negative impact on user experience. Additionally, the monitor aims to improve processes and adhere to technical standards to ensure the delivery of exceptional service.

In short, the goal is to maintain a high level of network and service quality to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide the QC team to meet quality standards in network performance
  • Conduct regular network inspections and ensure all components comply with technical specifications.
  • Improve processes and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare reports and analyze network performance, providing recommendations for service improvements
  • Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to implement solutions and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in quality control, preferably in the internet or fiber optic industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
  • In-depth knowledge of network quality monitoring tools and techniques
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear, accurate reports
