Marketing Coordinator

Overall job objective:
Ensuring efficient execution of marketing campaigns by coordinating with the marketing team, designers, field sales teams, customer service, and management, and following up on every aspect of the digital and field marketing plan (online and offline).

 Tasks and responsibilities

  • General coordination: linking all members of the marketing team (content, design, field campaigns ,advertising
  • Organizing periodic team meetings and summarizing recommendations and follow-ups
  • Preparing campaign schedules and overseeing everyone's adherence to them.
  • Monitoring digital campaigns: Coordinating content publishing on social media platforms according to the specified schedule.
  • Coordinate with influential pages and local influencers to ensure collaborations are implemented.
  • Reports and Follow-up: Submit weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, achievements, and challenges
  • Document activities (photos, videos, reports) and archive them internally

 Required qualifications

  • Strong skills in organization, scheduling, and follow-up
  • Serious use of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing basics.
  •  Ability to move between Baghdad and Babylon when needed.
  • At least two years of experience in marketing or project coordination
