Job Overview:
The Resellers Field Officer is responsible for managing and supervising resellers and distributors in the field, ensuring the installation and technical support processes are carried out efficiently and with high quality. The role involves conducting site surveys to assess technical readiness, providing logistical and field support, and overseeing work across different shifts. This position helps minimize technical errors and ensures the highest level of service for customers and subscribers.
Responsibilities

Directly supervise resellers during installations to ensure quality and efficiency

Conduct field surveys (Survey) and assess technical readiness of areas

Coordinate the preparation of materials and technical supplies and provide necessary logistical support
- Monitor and supervise the second shift to ensure continuous operations and handle any field emergencies
Qualifications & Experience

Technical experience in reseller networks, including Wireless and FTTH (Fiber to the Home)

Ability to work in the field and manage teams effectively
- Strong organizational and administrative skills to ensure smooth operations
